I stayed for 24 hours only but the room was (decent) clean the water pressure in the bathroom was good hot water was fine

The hotel is located in the city center and is easily accessible to all services. The reception for valet parking services is one of the best, and the employees' smiles are wonderful. Due to the duvet being changed periodically, the cleanliness is exceptional. Calm and distinction that is unparalleled. I want to express my gratitude to all employees for their positive reception

Hamam and Baliness's messages are incredible. The staff is helpful and welcoming. IDA, the Andonesian spa lady, is beyond amazing at her work.. Ebrar from the reception and her colleagues are welcoming, helpful, and friendly to the kids. The hotel location is perfect and convenient, especially for families with kids.

I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel, and it was fantastic! The luxury room was impeccably designed and provided a truly comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to start the day right. The staff were highly trained, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a touch of luxury and exceptional service.

I liked the location and the view also great staff friendly too. The room was excellent and clean. I enjoyed my stay very well. I liked the parking services and the hotel was very close from the park also the malls and the mountain too. Great buffet.

The location is great and very close to Marka mall, carrefour, Shaine efendi shop, Parkor mall, and Yahyazadah resaurant. It is situated in a modern area of Bursa and the river is nearby for a nice walk at night. It is very clean, and the suite was spacious. The bathroom was great with separate rain shower, toilet, and bathtab. Metro subway statipon is also nearby not far. The restaurant is very nice, and the lobby is so cool. It is a quiet place with no noise at all, and all staff were very nice and cooperative and will respond to your needs quickly. Absolutely will stay again in Sheraton Bursa next time.

Mr mohammad al ayobi and mr yassen from front desk are helpful and friendly and ask me all the time about anything I want ….. great location and great people work in valley……

I can talk about how nice the stuff was all day! They were so nice and helpful, always smiling when they take my car to park it, they were always smiling and you can feel it’s not just because their job! But they are genuinely friendly people. I will definitely stay in this hotel for my next trip

peace and quiet, excellent location, its my favourite Hotel to stay in Istanbul were i can set back and relax the staff was very friendly and hot welcoming specially Rim, Buse, Necmi, and Gamze, so friendly this isn’t my first time, for sure not the last :)
